subsidiary, Terbit Agensi Sdn
Bhd (Terbit Agensi) in Kuala Lumpur as a
filter specialist to service its
customers in the
central, northern and eastern
parts of Peninsular Malaysia |

Since then, Terbit Agensi has grown into a group with
three subsidiaries of its own in
Kuala Lumpur and a branch operation in Butterworth,
Penang to enhance our services
to our customers in northern
Peninsular of Malaysia |

Acquired Terbit Auto Parts Industry Sdn
Bhd (formerly known as Asia
Pacific Foresight Sdn Bhd), a
gasket manufacturer in Kuala
Lumpur.
Incorporated
a new subsidiary, Terbit Hoses & Rubber Parts Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur to specialize in hoses and other rubber parts; accessories
and other car-care products.
Incorporated
another new subsidiary, Terbit Gaskets & Seals Sdn Bhd to specialize
in gaskets and oil seals lines. |

Expanded
its business and customer base to include Middle East, Africa, South
America, India, Australia and other South East Asia countries. |
| July 2001 |
Expanded its filter business further by establishing
its own manufacturing facility in
Johor Bahru to cater to the
group’s expanding markets.
Operating under the name of Season
Growth Sdn Bhd, this facility
is jointly owned by Terbit Agensi.
The long-term objective of this
manufacturing subsidiary is to
ensure reliable supply of quality
filters to all its group customers
at competitive prices. |
